We will be leaving our beautiful beloved 2 + 1 apartment at Stefanikova street since March 1st (the date is flexible) and we are looking for a replacement. The owner is very nice, she speaks English, it's directly from her (no agency involved) BUT she has one condition -> she is renting the place only for couples

The apartment is very airy and sunny, with a renovated kitchen, bathroom, in a great neighborhood close to Luzanky par, 25 trolley bus (goes to Campus), 1 and 6 tram stops, lots of restaurants and pubs around as well as Albert and Lidl.

The rent is 12 500 CZK monthly + 3 000CZK utilities = 15 500CZK sent to owner every month.
+ 1 000CZK electricity + 100 CZK gas + internet (electricity, gas and internet must be secured by the tenants)
One month deposit of 15 500 CZK is required

The place was originally not furnished, but we added the basics like a big sofa, double bed, fridge, washing machine, etc. Applicants who would be interested in buying the equipment will be prioritized. The equipment is in great condition, prices are very very favorable, and you don't need to go through the hustle of moving the pieces and paying extra for delivery and transportation to third floor. :)
