Nice and newly refurbished apartment located on the 4th floor of a residential building in the area of Vršovice. The flat consists of one bedroom with double bed, large living room with two foldable sofas, kitchen with a dining corner and bathroom with shower and toilet. Guests are welcome to use the rooftop terrace of the building during their stay, however, be advised it is accessible for all residents of the house.

The location is perfect, the tram stop is right in front of the house with a direct connection to the city centre (tram line 22). Around the building, you can find lots of great coffee places, bars and restaurants. After a few minutes of walking, you can reach a nice park Grébovka with an amazing view of the city.
